In order to further strengthen the elevator safety accident prevention, improve the elevator safety awareness and emergency response ability. Recently, the elevator division of our company (Technology Department, installation department, maintenance department) organized the emergency drill of elevator trapped people, striving to ensure the safety of elevator passengers and improve the emergency rescue response capacity of elevator trapped people.
Conduct safety publicity before the drill, and explain the drill items and arrangements.
The drill started at 9:30
Received the on-site alarm call, the basic situation of the scene is that the elevator power failure trapped people. And ask the on-site alarm personnel whether the trapped personnel are injured and pacify the trapped people waiting for rescue.
Tip: if someone is injured, please report to 120 emergency center immediately
The rescue team (4 persons) rushed to the scene. It took 15 minutes from receiving the alarm to arriving at the scene.
The rescue personnel arrived at the scene to understand the basic situation of the elevator. The basic situation of the scene is as follows:
1) The number of people trapped was 2. When the elevator was running from top to bottom, the power was suddenly cut off. The number of elevator floors was 4 floors and 4 stations, and the passengers were trapped on the 4th floor. Two rescue team members rushed to the fourth floor, and the other two people rushed to the elevator room.
2) Arrive at the rescue level station, contact the rescued people to understand the basic situation of the trapped people, and comfort the rescued personnel to keep calm and not panic waiting for rescue.
3) Open the hall door with the triangle key of hall door to determine the exact position of the elevator. The car position is under the ground of the fourth floor and can not be rescued directly. It is necessary to manually move the car to reach the leveling position to determine the specific rescue plan.

1) Tell passengers "please don't open the elevator door without permission"
2) Inform passengers that "during the rescue process, the elevator will start and stop several times"
3) Turn off the main power supply of the elevator (the lighting power should be reserved), and move the car by manual turning. Since the load of the elevator is less than 50% and the car is located on the upper part of the shaft, the upward turning method is adopted to move the car to the leveling position.
4) After the car reaches the leveling position, the rescue personnel will open the hall door with the triangle key of the hall door to rescue the trapped personnel from the dangerous area, and determine the mental state of the trapped personnel. After pacifying the trapped personnel and confirming that there is no abnormality, restore the elevator to normal state, wait for the power supply to resume and confirm that the elevator returns to normal operation before leaving the site.
9: 50 successful rescue of trapped personnel
The elevator maintenance personnel accurately locate the position of the car, enter the car, lift the disk to the nearest level, and open the elevator door to rescue the trapped personnel.
After the drill, all the participants discussed and evaluated the drill effect, pointed out the deficiencies and improved the plan.
We hope to find out the problems through the drill, improve the rescue plan, so as to reduce or avoid the damage caused by emergencies, ensure the safety of elevator passengers' lives and property, and promote the emergency rescue ability in the case of elevator emergencies.
